Preconstruction Planning
Our pre-construction Planning service involves working with the architects, structural engineers, build contractor and the clients to develop house designs, build schedules, budgets, and so much more. This is where the sourcing of architectural firms & development of architectural and structural plans is carried out.
Building Permits Facilitation
As project managers we offer facilitation services in the procurement of relevant county licenses for each build. We apply on your behalf to the relevant approval offices prior to commencement of build work to ensure all paperwork required is submitted. All fees required are catered for by the respective clients.

Management
Build project management involves the day to day management of construction costs and build schedule management . This service provides our clients with estimate expenses. It’s important to have a realistic estimate of what a project will cost as early as possible, to planning for funds and contingencies.
